1. ARE ALL MODESTLY CUPCAKE’S ITEMS YOUR DESIGNS?

Yes! Everything down to the fabric, dresses, and accessories are my designs and I work to make them a reality after they’re drawn out on paper.

2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM?

  • In stock items usually ship 1-2 business days after payment is completed. Anything ordered on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship out on the following Monday.
  • Pre-order items ship out on the date specified on the product page.
  • Backordered items ship out when they become available again.

3. WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER AND BACKORDER ITEM?

  • A Pre-order item is an item that is purchased before it becomes commercially available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later. Pre-orders are usually made for things that will have limited availability or sell out quickly and ensures the customer a claim over the item before anyone else.
  • A backordered item means there’s a delay on your order because an item is temporarily out of stock. The item will ship as soon as it’s in stock. If the item is on backorder it will state that it’s OUT OF STOCK but can be backordered. You can purchase like you would a normal item.

4. CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

Items can be exchanged for an item or an item of equal value given that the purchased item is still in a clean, unused, unworn, and undamaged state. Any item that wishes to be exchanged must be done within 3 days of receipt of the item. You may also return an item for store credit to be used at a later date. Cash refunds are not offered. Promptly send an email to CONTACT@modestlycupcake.com to start the return/exchange. I make sure that whatever I sell is thoroughly inspected before it’s shipped out. I set the standard on quality very high. If there’s any problem with your order it’s my duty to make sure you’re happy and will work with you until you’re satisfied with it.

  • Shipping, however, is non-refundable.

5. IS MY INFORMATION SAFE ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Absolutely! Your information is never shared with outside parties that are not directly involved with the checkout process or email notification system. I make sure to take the necessary precautions to keep this website and my customer’s information secure.

6. WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Currently the checkout system uses PayPal or AfterPay. Both are a fast and secure way to pay. To read more about AfterPay and how it works click HERE

7. HOW DO I LOGIN TO SEE MY ORDER?

Click on the MY ACCOUNT link located on the bottom menu and login. You’ll be able to access all of your account information, including your orders, in this section. If there are any questions regarding your order you can use the CONTACT form to reach out. I’ll be happy to answer any inquiries.
